Mobashir A. Bhatti, MD

Since 2002, Dr. Mobashir A. Bhatti has focused his full-time efforts on the need for Pure Water as the underlying basis of achieving and sustaining health and wellness.

Dr. Bhatti is the Chairman of the Board & Chief Executive Officer for Water4Life R&D LLC which includes a worldwide team of Medical Doctors under the tutorage of Dr. Bhatti who work together as a Research and Development Group in compiling evidence-based empirical data that irrefutably establishes and documents the proven effects and health benefits of High pH Alkaline Ionized Water in the human body.

Dr. Mobashir Bhatti is a Medical Doctor [MD] who also holds the following degrees & diplomas:

  • Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine [NMD]
  • Master of Public Health Degree [MPH]
  • Master of Business Administration [MBA]
  • Diplomas in Nutrition & Natural Health

Dr. Bhatti has 16 years of diversified experience in the development and marketing of medical and health related products.

    The objective of the Mohammed Ali Islamic Foundation is to create a vital impact on in the Social, Health, Economic, Technological & Educational areas, with Infrastructure Programming for the uplift of poor communities of the world, without any distinction of color, race, creed and nationality.

    The main chartered elements of the Mohammed Ali Islamic Foundation include:
    • Prevention & Treatment of Drug & Substance Abuse.
    • Assistance to Orphans & Widows.

    • Population Planning.
  • International Marketing Consultant for Pallada USA
    Conducted Health Care Seminars and facilitated Pallada international business activities in Pakistan, China, Bangladesh, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, India, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka & Middle East Companies including Egypt.

  • National Marketing Director (QNMD) - World Class Network [WCN]:

    Dr. Bhatti was the first person in the company to establish new start-up business entities in 4 countries -- Pakistan, India, Saudi Arabia & Kuwait.

    Based on his outstanding field leadership accomplishments, Dr. Bhatti was promoted in 1995 to the prestigious position of Qualified National Marketing Director.

  • President & CEO - Global Vision Concept [GVC]:

    Dr. Bhatti founded Global Vision Concept to train and equip independent entrepreneurs to develop grass-root networks of representatives to educate the public on the benefits of various health care and other consumer products.

    In such capacity, Dr. Bhatti hired and trained business executives and consultants in 6 countries; and, in his seminars from 1997 to 2001, personally educated over 100,000 entrepreneurs with the motto of “People Helping People” via the Global Vision Institute of Marketing & Social Sciences.

  • CEO - Community Rehabilitation Foundation [CRF]
    • CRF is dedicated to providing services to the youth, and has staff that is experienced in the challenges of community service.
    • CRF was established in 2003 as a 501 (c) (3) non-profit foundation in USA -- with a counterpart non-profit organization in Pakistan.
    • A volunteer Board of Director that comprises a cross-section of citizens from different backgrounds governs CRF.
    • CRF works with Private & Group Medical Practices, Healthcare Networks, Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Centers, Clinics and Health Centers.
    • CRS is actively involved in community programs and public health services, with the goal of creating strategic alliances, programming plans, forming provider networks and organizations, improving existing operations, establishing new services and handling special projects.
    • One of CRF’s special project activities is to provide Drinkable Water and Operation of Humanitarian Health Clinics.
    • CRF shares the financial risk with our clients.
    • CRF owns and operates 2 Health Care Facilities that are totally debt free with clear title to all tangible assets.

  • Chairman -- Health Welfare Association

    Health Welfare Association [HWA] is incorporated in Pakistan as a Non-Profit Public Benefit Corporation - not for Private Gain.

    The chartered purpose of HWA is as a Lifestyle & Medical Research Association to:
    • To develop a Center of Excellence for high quality referral services in Medical and Preventive Care, providing Multi-Modality Diagnostic & Therapeutic Facilities with Modern Technology Management.
    • To serve the public through awareness and treatment of chronic diseases, and rehabilitation.
    • HWA has its own Research & Development [R&D] capabilities to promote scientific research, investigate and establish continuous education for all levels of health care and hospital workers via Conferences & Seminars at State, National & International Level in Asia, Africa and the Middle East Countries.
    • HWA’s special activities include projects to provide Drinkable Water and Operation of Humanitarian Health Clinics.
    • HWA owns and operates 2 health clinics and a school that are totally debt free with clear title to all tangible assets.
    • HWA’s professional staff includes: 20 Board Members. 5 Consultants. 66 Employees and Volunteers.
  • Chairman & CEO -- Empire Ventures Inc.

    Empire Ventures Inc [EVI] was founded by Dr. Bhatti and has grown into a major advisory organization that serves governments and the private sector worldwide. The main activities of EVI involve Project Management & Development - from selection and transfer of technology to implementation of projects -- including a complete line of funding capabilities for Trade, Industrial Development, and Infrastructure & Government Financing.

    EVI has build relation with private investors, investment banking firms, industrial, construction companies, banking institutions and investment trusts.

    EVI caters to large economic development projects both in the Private & Public sectors.

    EVI maintains offices in New York, USA and Ontario, Canada.

    In addition to access to very substantial financial resources, EVI offers unique projects implementation and management capabilities via large engineering and construction teams, which operate throughout the emerging economies of the world, with full technical and trans-cultural expertise.

    EVI Group has the expertise and capability to efficiently handle critical projects in the most cost-effective manner, ranging from infrastructure development to communications, including technology transfer in health care delivery, with funding for Government & Private Sector Natural Resource Projects.

Special Training & Medical Work Experience

  • June 2003 to present: In addition to serving on the Community Rehabilitation Foundation board of directors, planned and conducted a special project entitled Water for Health.
  • June 1999 to June 2003: Promoted the marketing and sale of medical research products to medical institutions through health care seminars in USA, Pakistan & India.
  • June 1997 to November 1999: Commercial Industry Consultant for Palled International. Reviewed scientific medical papers and marketing trends in the health care industry.
  • February 1994 to 2001: Served as a Preventive Care Consultant to HealthPro Medical Center and visiting physician, treating chronic diseases for 2 months a year on a voluntary basis.
  • May 1992 to 1993: Provided primary health care and health administration services to MAIF health projects in Pakistan & Kashmir.
  • July 1990 to May 1991: Lifestyle Medical Center [LMC] Chairman of the Board and Medical Director, providing 2 primary types of consulting:
    • Patients with difficult medical problems which traditional medicine has problems in diagnosing and adequately treating.
    • Patients desiring alternative treatment options for their problems.

      To help patients make intelligent decisions, such consultation involved a huge amount of time and research in determining and recommending the alternatives between traditional and alternative approaches.
  • July 1989 to May 1990: One year Surgical Residency at Services Hospital.

Special Qualifications

  • Master’s in Public Health Degree from USAT University School of Health Services with additional certification in Nutrition & Fitness, Home Health Aide & Natural Health Consultant from Stratford.
  • Worked as an independent contractor for Immunotec Research and authored a book that was influenced by a research project of Dr. Gustavo Bonus’ who was awarded the highest award from the Canadian Government as a Non-Canadian.
  • Developed a comprehensive health package, “Healthy Nation, Wealthy Nation – Wake-Up Call”.
  • Conducted a series of seminars and developed research papers on Cell Biology and Antioxidants importance.

Humanitarian Projects & Cross-Cultural Experience

Performed an extensive amount of Self-Directed Research on a wide-spectrum of medical approaches via the internet, discussions with cutting-edge lab directors, researchers and clinicians for which no formal credit was obtained.

Some of the conferences attended were at INMOL, a federally funded research center operated by the Government of Pakistan in Lahore, as well as a series of conferences in the Punjab Province of Pakistan & India.

Also honored to conduct Clinical Management Seminars on the “War against Drug Abuse”.

David Forsyth

David Forsyth is the founder and CEO of IonLife Inc and the majority owner of IonWays LLC.

IonLife has grown in four years to be the leading alkaline water ionizer company in the USA and outside Asia with branches in over 20 countries.

Mr. Forsyth established from the beginning that IonLife would only provide products that are of universal health value, of excellent quality and at an affordable price. Furthermore, he decided that IonLife would not only sell health products but also reflect health in the way it treated its employees, agents and customers. To this end IonLife has searched for like-minded partners that would help IonLife evangelize the benefits of alkaline/acidic ionized water and help to make this planet a healthier place.

Mr. Forsyth was born in Australia where he studied engineering and architecture before becoming a builder and owner of various businesses. After a number of trips to different parts of the world – including a stay in India of about two years – he decided he wanted to be involved in businesses that could make a positive difference to the world.

Mr. Forsyth’s specialty areas are in sales negotiations with international clients, and in creating and developing new businesses (with a personal interest in Asian markets).

Ned Colburn is the founder of Conquest International LLC which heads Conquest Alliance Group, an association of more than 40 U.S. & Foreign Companies that work together as a Select, Top-Quality International & Interdisciplinary Team in providing Equipment & Commodity Sales, Planning and Programming, Turn-Key Design & Construction, Facilities Operation & Maintenance and Support Services to Commercial Companies, US & Foreign Government Agencies, Humanitarian/Disaster Relief Organizations, Educational, Health Care & Other Institutions.

Mr. Colburn shares the same vision as all other Water4Health Board Members in our desire to save lives throughout the world by providing our fellow mankind with Healthy Pure Water.

Having lived overseas for more than 20 years, Mr. Colburn has witnessed the deplorable conditions under which much of the world population exists, and has vowed to spend his remaining lifetime in the humanitarian service of others.
In 1984, Ned & Michelle Colburn established Paraclete Foundation as a 501 (c) (3) Non-Profit Corporation formed exclusively for the following purposes: Charitable. Religious. Educational. Scientific. Testing for Public Safety. Prevention of Cruelty to Children. Literary Purposes.

Ned & Michelle Colburn operate Conquest International LLC primarily to generate financial support for Paraclete Foundation and its counterpart organization in India, Paraclete Mission & Welfare Society.

Mr. Colburn’s primary specialty areas are:

  • Disaster Preparedness Planning, Logistics & Deployment of Personnel & Equipment.
  • Water Treatment, Water Purification & Water Bottling.
  • Conquest International provides Full Spectrum Consulting Services and represents 5 U.S. and European manufacturers of Water Treatment, Water Purification & Beverage Bottling Equipment.

    Since no single supplier actually manufactures or stocks all the water treatment/purification and bottling equipment components or offers Sole Source Planning & Procurement Services, Conquest International bridges the gap by providing Single Point of Contact, Full Spectrum Capabilities in the Design Engineering, Project Development, Construction, Commissioning and Operation of Turn-Key Bottled Water Plants -- as both Fixed Location & Relocatable Facilities.

    Conquest International works closely with the US Department of Defense [DoD] in the development of required operational capabilities and received a letter of commendation from General Richard Myers [JCS Chairman] for Mr. Colburn’s concept and design of Relocatable Bottled Water Plants for the US military and humanitarian diaster relief operations.

In addition to over 30 years in Water Treatment, Water Purification & Water Packaging, Mr. Colburn is experienced in Business Development, Marketing, Sales & Support Services, having established and operated companies in the USA &Hungary.
